The SBD Good Neighbor Program makes it easy for community members to have their aircraft-related questions answered in two simple ways:
- Complete and submit a comment online here, or
- Call the Community Response Line 909-382-4225.
The more detail that is provided about the aircraft operation—including date and time of day, full street address including ZIP Code, and the reason for the concern—the easier it will be for airport staff to review and process the comment, and respond if requested.
All comments shared online and via the Community Response Line will be added to a database, culminating in both monthly and quarterly reports that are evaluated and discussed during scheduled Airport Authority Commission meetings that are open to the public. The data allows airport staff to analyze topics and trends related to aircraft operational comments and to enhance the SBD Good Neighbor Program.
Airport neighbors can review noise program statistics on the SBD Good Neighbor website here. The website shares year-to-date data through June 2020, including the first SBD Good Neighbor quarterly report, which was presented publicly during the most recent SBIAA Commission meeting on July 22, 2020.
