An Amazing Night Under and With the Stars at SBD
San Bernardino International Airport’s (SBD) third annual Cruising at Altitude concert was an evening to remember. More than 7,000 people registered for the free event held on the airport tarmac on October 22. Three bands and a DJ performed aboard the World Famous 737 Plane Stage, creating community connections, good vibes, and a next-level experience.
Guests swayed, danced, and sang along to the tunes of Southern California-based performers’ Fortunate Youth, Safety Orange, Awake, and DJ Richie Rich. Food and beverage vendors, video artists, and event sponsors delivered a unique, memorable, and multi-sensory experience. Guests were delighted with having the option to enter the concert by sliding down a Boeing 757 inflatable slide.
Now in its third year, Cruising at Altitude is SBD’s way of thanking our community for their support of the airport and Breeze Airways‘ service. The airline offers nonstop flights to Provo Airport (PVU) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO), with easy connections to the world via SFO.
Every day, new and returning travelers are finding how easy and affordable it is to travel through SBD. The airport is easily accessible from several major freeways, parking is always just $5.00 a day, and the terminal experience is quiet and calming with short lines at the ticket counter and TSA security screening.
Thank you to all who made Cruising at Altitude a success. We look forward to welcoming our community back to SBD for a nice travel experience, and future fun events for the whole family.
